The Truck Scale house is a very simple building, working room for two people, although the scale works without the need for an attendant.
The scale is self-run through computers and truck monitoring devices
We search for an in-Country based manufacturer.
The tipping/receiving room is the first major structure of our plant. The dimensions vary, depending on the size of the plant (amount and type of waste being processed.)
This is a steel framed & sided structure. It houses the tipping/receiving floor, shredder and Dryer-Trammel
After dropping their MSE, the trucks leave the plant, first passing through a truck wash, then passing over the truck scale on their way off site.
We search for an in-Country based manufacturer for the truck wash rack.

We shred the MSE in order to help increase the speed at which the waste burns, increase the quantity of waste burned and also to help in lowering the waste water content.
Trammel – Dryer
After shredding the MSE is sent through a heated trammel which mixes the waste and helps to reduce the moisture content.
Trammels are manufactured by ERG.
Trammel – Conveyor
The conveyor trammel mixes the waste and sends it to the incinerator.
Trammels are manufactured by ERG.
Side Conveyor – Biohazardous Waste
Where requested, our plants have a side conveyor which is used to handle biohazardous waste and deliver them to the incinerator.
All of our equipment is contained within the Main Building. This allows our incinerator and Cyclone to work at optimal temperature, lessens maintenance and prolongs the life of our plant. Plus it looks much nicer to the public view!
This is a steel framed & sided structure. The Main Building has an overhead crane built into the structure that is used to erect the incinerator/generator line and also for ease of maintenance.
The operations building is located within the Main Building. This allows constant viewing of the incinerator/generator line.
We search for an in-country based manufacturer and local contractor.
Incinerators are manufactured by ERG. These are state-of-the-art, high temperature, computer regulated incinerators.
The ERG incinerators work with under and over fire air and create a vortex flow of gasses which keep the waste in the burn-zone for longer periods of time than other incinerators.
Our incinerators burn at much higher temperatures than other incinerators, ensuring that the waste is fully exhausted.
Concrete Batch Plant
Waste from the incinerator is filtered-off and mixed with cement, sand and aggregate in the manufacturing of building products: Pavers and concrete block for retaining structures.
High-temperature cyclones are manufactured by ERG. These are state-of-the-art, high temperature, computer regulated cyclones.
Our cyclones are used specifically to ensure increased duration of the waste in the burn zone and to help separate burnt particles from exhaust gases prior to their entering the boiler. This reduces boiler maintenance.
Our Cyclones work at much higher temperatures than other cyclones, ensuring that the waste is fully exhausted and separated from the gasses entering the boiler.
Feed Water Treatment
It is expected that water for the production of steam will be provided to us, or that we will have access to water from a location near our plant.
Feed water treatment/filtering equipment may be sourced from local sources if available.
At this time, we are discussing cooling tower needs with a US-based manufacturer, however, equipment may be sourced from local sources if available.
The boiler is an ERG design, it may be manufactured by ERG or we may use an in-Country based manufacturer to build the boiler to our specification.
The boiler is specifically designed to use specialty coated alloys, such as nickel base metals, which allow our boiler to work at higher temperatures.
Our boilers are designed to reduce the amount of maintenance typically required by boilers handling MSE generated gasses.
Our boilers are of a segmented design which allows us to quickly remove and replace portions of the boiler if necessary.
Feed Water Filtration and Storage
Again, we intend to use an in-country base manufacturer for our filtration and cooling system.
We work with Siemens, General Electric & Elliot Turbines. These are world-wide known companies, established as leaders in the design, manufacturing and maintenance of turbine-generator sets.
The MS Scrubber is manufactured in the US. EnviroCare International is located in California. EnviroCare is a close partner with ERG and we work together in the design of their air cleansing system to ensure gasses exhausting from our plant exceed all environmental regulations.
Their computer-aided system works in unison with our computer system, continually monitoring all exiting gasses and adjusting the MS Scrubber as needed to ensure proper capture of all toxins.
The exhaust stack will be manufactured in-country. This is a very simple structure, of ERG design, and capable of withstanding winds and earthquakes.
Exhausts are continuously monitored by our computer system.
